My is no longer oscillating as well. Took it apart and feel like its the small motor. I am unable to find it online. will call honeywell tomorrow. And probably bring the motor somewhere to ask what optional motor will work in its place. And put it all back together. a new motor should be about $10

OK- The plate needs brushing with a bristle brush to get the oxidized crystals and grime off it. If you don't, it will not create ozone. I never use water any more, it rusts the plate eventually. There is always the possibility that the main control board has failed in that unit. The unit generates very high voltage and negative charges that leave the grid to trap small particles. With that in mind the board can accumulate a static charge and be ruined. Can you run it? I would not. There are cases where units similar to yours have caused fires.

Remove the plates and the light and reinstall them, making sure they are fully locked home. My THERAPURE wouldn't turn on either. I got it when my mom upgraded but could never get it to power on. I came here for help. I figured it out myself. The filter was put in upside down after it was cleaned. Odd that it even fit. I flipped it, plugged it in, and it turned right on! Good luck. Hope your fixes are all as easy as mine!

Intuitively, I glean it zaps when you turn it on only if you are a bug. Zapping is caused by the bug encountering the zapper. Otherwise, it would zap you even if you were not a big bug, simply because you were in close proximity.

We purchased one of these in April 2009. Same issue appeared with us. Cleaned the cell and the "clean collector cell" still stayed illuminated. Checked the manual and the trouble shooting section stated to hold down the "air revitalizer button" till the "clean collector cell" light blinks three times. After this operation the light went out and all was fine!!!! Hopes this clears your issue!

I believe the beep when you initially plug it in is normal. I don't think this model requires replacement filters and if not, the beep is not related to a sign the filter needs replacement. I also think that the buttons on the side reflect two different speeds at which the device may be set. I am unable to find a manual for this model. Check all the tubes from behind the brush all the way to the bag. The 'Bag Full' light just detects a reduced air flow by the increased air pressure..

pull the cells out and run the filter without them. If the light stays solid then you most likely have a simple short in one of the cells. Install one cell at a time, push it all the way back, close the door, turn on the fan. IF the light stays solid, that cell is fine. If the light flickers or goes out, the most common cause is a bent fin.

Look at the cells and see if any cells are touching or are too close, this will cause your problem.. Simply bend the cells to get even spacing and you should be ok.

You would have to pull the ballast transformer out. Pull the light fitting out. Fit a new socket. Run the mains wires that went the ballast transformer to the new socket.
