I put one the first
You should be able to take off the plates by turning them the opposite direction as putting them on. If you look at the plate you'll see the grooves that lock each one together. You just need to twist the plate you want off and twist it out of the grooves. Once out of the grooves it will turn back to normal, releasing the tension on the bands inside. You can then just slide it off the bar. The perm attached 5# plate tends to turn too. You need that one to be stationary. If you can't do it alone, have someone hold the perm 5# plate steady as you turn 'off' the additional plates.

Pulley system "off track" inside main frame of 2005 boflex revolution
I had same problem. I fixed it by taking plastic sides off using a long phillips head screwdriver. Jay, you don't have to take the sides off to fix your problem. The sides come off only to untangle and rewind cables on pulleys. Pull the cables all the way out. Have a helper pull out and keep holding out the tension knob This is shown at the bottom of page nine in the manual. With someone holding the tension knob out turn the large pully located beneith the tension knob CLOCKWISE! I screwed mine up by turning it counter-clockwise. This winds the handle to the top and if you start with all the cable pulled off the pully, the cable should then wind itself nicely back onto the pully. Once the handle is all the way up, with the round ball on the cable jammed up against the pully, then and only then let go of the tension knob and let it fall back into place. If the handle falls down a few inches repeat this proceedure but push lower pully a bit harder and try to turn tension knob, while it is pulled out, in the opposite direction and it will then click into place one notch tighter and should hold the black ball on the cable firmly against the pulley. Let me know if this was helpful.

Calibration
Re-calibrate machine. (See Calibration Procedures, Pg 26)
SPEED
SENSOR
1. Cycle power off and on
2. Put the machine in calibration mode (see Calibration
procedures, Pg 26) but do not start the calibration routine.
3. Remove right rear base plastic cover to allow access to
LED board. Caution: Machine is on. Current is active!!
4. Locate LED D on the motor controller board. LED may
be lit or unlit.
5. Manually advance the treadle with your foot, and check
if LED D is blinking.
6. If LED D is not blinking, then the speed sensor is not sup

plying a signal. Check that the speed sensor is connected
securely to P1 on the motor controller. If sensor is con

nected and LED D still does not flash replace sensor.
I/O cables
If LED D is flashing when the belts are turning but err LS
or OS persists, check for signs of visible damage to any of
the three I/O calbes and connections. If no visible damage
check continuity using a multi-meter. If a multi-meter is
not available replace all three cables.
Electronics
If all I/O cables are functioning properly, LED D indicates
speed sensor is functioning, and err LS or OS persists
problem is in either the upper electronics board or the
motor controller board. With machine on check LED A
on the controller board. If it is dimly lit replace upper
electronics (000-4430). If it is not lit at all replace motor
controller.
