The e2 error is a generic error that the machine shows if it's been overloaded or if the load becomes unbalanced during a wash cycle.

to fix you must do a master reset of the washing machine.

1. Close the door and make sure the dial is pointing to the "OFF" function
2. Hold the Start/Pause button and turn the dial anti clockwise (to the left) to the "express 15 min" program at the same time.
3. Hold the Start/Pause button for a minute (the e2 message is meant to start flashing after a minute of holding the button down however with my washing machine this didn't happen)
4. Release the button and turn the dial back to the "Off" function.
5. Select any program and the message should not be appearing.

It seems to me that the water pump is not emptying fast enough that seems that there might be something stuck in the pump clogging the outlet, first of all turn the machine off blow down the outlet pipe,if you cannot blow into it then remove the back cover and remove the pump housing to remove the blockage, resemble and there should be an improvement in the spin problem

Hi, I know it's kind of a silly thing but when loading the machine make sure nothing is jammed against the dispenser preventing it from opening. I've run into that a few times and people looked at me like I had two heads but when I showed up to look at the machine,it was loaded like thanksgiving dinner was just over. If that is not the issue then it's either the dispenser itself that is broken or it's not getting power from the board. Either problem will require getting into the door of the machine and running a test program. I would call a local appliance repair company as these tests require the machine to be powered up and specific tools. Hope that helps.

It seems that the water pump has stopped working, you will need to replace it,have a friend check it with a multi meter to determine the fault if open circuit replace pump, the best way is to go to a scrapyard and find a replacement, take along your multi meter to test the replacement eric992
