Tracey, There should be a legend on the top of front of your charger that should explain the light sequence for the charging process.

cooling holes blocked
drill is being used at too hi a pressure, so the bit does not clear debris fast enough,
bit is blunt, even diamond drills blunt
the objuect being drilled is a composite, and some part of the composite is flammable
using a steel twist bit where a carbide impact bit should be used

the motor is coverred with rust and when you tried it,you fried it,go to ebay and buy a used one

Sometimes the armuture will stop in a dead spot, try turning the chuck by hand about 1/4 turn. If that doesn't work check the brushes. Sometimes the models with the electronic speed control goes out too.

Bosch did not make a 'combi boxer' or a model #350-2 Unfortunately, you probably have a cheap Japanese drill sold as a Bosch with a fake Bosch label, we see plenty of them come through.

#1 Check your brushes & brush springs - you will have to remove the switch handle completely to access both brushes #2 Visual of the armature - is it black / burnt or does it have raised segments? Most likely it will need an armature if it has run for any length of time with bad brushes. The armature comes out the front of the motor housing so you need to remove the gearcase to access it. Hopefully you don't have the wrong shank jammed in this because it can be a costly repair. - Using a screwdriver, pull off the rubber dust cap #21 at the end of the nose & slide it out of your way. - The shell #22 will also slide up out of your way - Using a pick or small screwdriver, remove the snap ring #143 at the end of the nose & slide the 2 metal #144 & 1 rubber washer #31 out of your way Slide the spacer tube #24 & stop sleeve #25 out of your way Now you can access the 2 pawls #26 that hold the bit in place - you will have to assess what is jammed from here . As I said, if you have a spline bit jammed in this SDS nose you may be looking at a whole new barrel because even if you extract the bit most of the time is does damage to the bit sleeve in the barrel.

This is a very easy fix - you have a quick change chuck on this tool. Turn the chuck counter-clockwise and pull it straight off - the new one goes on the same way. Quick Change Bit Chuck

There is no oil reservoir - the gearcase is what holds the oil. You should not have to add oil - if the tool is leaking and becomes low on oil it needs a service kit. Service Pack 1617000430 for Bosch Power Tool eReplacement Parts As you can see this is an involved repair and I would strongly suggest letting a trained tech do this one.

There is no oil filler hole - you have to open the gearcase up (#873) to put oil in. If your hammer is leaking and losing oil you should put a service kit in it and fresh oil. There should be a screw inside the center of the chuck. It could be a left hand thread. Remove the screw then pull the chuck off.
