Have a onn 50" 4K UHD tv and all I can get the picture to show in is 720P. Set is hooked to an AT&T cable box using an hdmi cord. Read instruction booklet, no answers.

Are you recieving your signal through a cable box? Most are set to 720p. Some have a settings menu to allow 1080p.

My 32" LED TV is stuck on one channel - help!!!!!

If you have a cable box, the TV is supposed to be "stuck on one channel". Probably channel 3. If it is connected to the cable box with the round cable that screws on. If it is connected to any of the other ports, they don't change; the cable box selects which channel, (what picture) goes in that port. Just make sure that the source/ input is the same as the input that you are using. If you didn't change anything other than the cables, just connect your TV the way it was, and turn your cable box on and whatever channel number that your cable box has on it will be the what you are watching on the TV.

Had a power outage and now my TV is not showing any pictures except for the blue screenn

Outage may have changed the input channel on TV so make sure you're on the right one. Press and hold the Power button on cable box. Let that restart. Unplug the router for 10 seconds and let it boot up.

Press AT&T button on top left of the remote. Check batteries. If both fail, press the OK button on the box itself to make sure the screen isn't frozen.
