Have you tried resetting the router to factory settings? Beware that will erase all data on device.

Have you checked if the correct DNS is set in the router? Contact your ISP for the proper DNS or you could try the Google DNS which is, more info here:

Generally laptops aren't meant for gaming, unless you specifically purchase a "gaming" laptop with a dedicated graphics card. I am assuming that your laptop's graphics card is on-board--this won't work very well.

Sounds like you have a cracked LCD screen. Cracked lcds can result in white/black/lines, etc. To be sure, hook up an external monitor and see if that shows a proper image.

Depends on which operating system is installed. WIN10 has defender as part of the OS. Some earlier OS did, some did not have antivirus built in. Look on your list of programs to see if your machine needs a separate AV.

The reason for this issue is the lack of a codec software like Cyberlink PowerDVD or PowerCinema.These are paid versions.We could try installing a codec pack from Klite.Its free.The link is : Please let me know whether it fixed it

I think that you have a bad internet connection that simply hangs, and that the movies that you cannot play are possibly corrupt due to download issues. You will be better of to use JDownloader (download from here : ) since it is capable of resuming broken and unstable connections. And you can use gom player to play your movies.( ) good luck!

You can go into the BIOS settings to see if the hard drive is shown there, if it is not then it is toast. You can also take it out and use another computer with a converter to test it for other issues. Or you can just replace the hard drive.
