I have a fierce -when I try to use the camera it either says cannot connect to camera or the screen is green
Maybe try updating the driver ? You can use (free) Driverpacks Solution. Grab the DVD here : http://drp.su/ Via torrent. Then run it. It will update all of your drivers :)

Unlock alcatel modem
Contact your ISP provider, they should be able to help. You will need information from them to set it and they will need the MAC address etc to allow it on there network.
