My alcatel 5014c is gmail locked how to I get past it
Turn the device off, press the up volume and powerbutton in and don't release them until you feel the vibration of your phone.(mostly 5s)
You get in the recovery menu and you will be able to do a factory reset in this menu. You can scrol through this menu with the volume up and down and select with the power button.

Alcatel 50561 is asking for SSID number and password how do I find them
Write down the Wi-Fi name (SSID) and Wi-Fi Password on the label inside the back cover of the device for use during setup. If the label is missing:
The default Wi-Fi name (SSID) will be "Alcatel LINKZONE + the last 4 digits of IMEI".
The default Wi-Fi password is the the last 8 digits of the device IMEI.
Make sure the battery and SIM card are inserted:
Insert the battery
Insert the SIM card
Hold the Power key for 3 seconds until all LED indicators illuminate in blue.
Connect your Wi-Fi device to your Mobile Hotspot.
On your computer or other Wi-Fi enabled device, search for available Wi-Fi networks and select network name (SSID) located on label on back panel of your mobile hotspot.
From a Windows PC:
Left-click Wireless Network Connection on the taskbar to view available networks.
Choose the SSID from the list of available networks.
From a Mac computer:
Select System Preferences -> Network -> Airport.
Click Advanced to choose SSID from the list of available networks.
Choose the SSID from the list of available networks.
From an iOS device:
Go to Settings -> Wi-Fi.
Choose the SSID from the available networks.
From an Android device:
Go to Settings -> Wi?Fi settings.
Choose the SSID from the available networks.
