windsheild wipers wont work and i checked the fuses my winsheild wipers stopped working they will not turn on and i checked the fuses I would say your wiper wont work, needs a motor.

wipers wont work wiper motor humms but wipers wont move i can move them with my hand very easy and fuse is ok tighten the wiper arm nuts vw know for loosenign up. don't wipe ice off or it will happen ...
