Questions & Answers for: kawasaki Z 750 shift spring

I have a 1978 KZ750 twin that will shift into neutral or 2nd gear but no other gear. I have removed the engine from the frame and removed the side covers and oil pan. I can't see any damage or debris,

my 1980 kz750 ltd(G1) will shift into 1st and neutral but not into 2nd or any other gear, clutch is adjusted right and the clutch rod is in good shape, so...without a manual I'm not sure where to ...
