I have a Garrity LED tuflight flashlight with 3 AAA batteries. I recently put new batteries in (the others were weak but not dead). Now I can't get it to work. I am not sure if I am not loading it all

How do I put the battery into my new ibeam floating lantern? This is an absurd situation. I am returning the flashlight for a refund. Will never buy Garrity again.
