I doubt they want you to repair it if it is the spindle. They don't sell for any of the models I have had other than Cuisinart, anyway and can't see yours online.
Have you checked that your safety switches are moving? (You hear the click when bowl and lid are in place, but you can test with a small head screwdriver at the slots where they engage points)
Have you tried to un-guck the spindle? I can't see anywhere what it looks like, but getting some dental floss under it may help. Work it from several angles. Food is like glue if anything got in there. Does it have a removable spindle (mine has 2 so don't say no such thing. Some are not removable) Is the spindle fully intact? No cracks? They make new products to fail after 10 years so plastic bits breaking off are common.
Having said all that I have a new Cuisinart that is 2 years old that has a crack in the side, so I have to bleach it out every time as a new bold i worth more than your food processor and a thirty year old one I use to make eggshell fertilizer for tomatoes... They literally do not make them like they used to... GOOD LUCK!
Here is a site where you can find the manual. You can also google the one you are looking for, and then look under images. These image sites show how to put the food processor together without having to buy the complete manual. http://www.u-manual.com/download-manual-now-for-free-10/237093/mixer-moulinex-aat-7-ovatio-3-duo-press.html#.VBWhI_ldVyI

Hi, Here is a link where you can select your country from the drop down list. All contact details & addresses will be shown for your nearest Moulinex dealer.
Hi
YOu could order one from Moulinex themselves. I don't know where you are located but check out this link:
http://www.moulinex.co.uk/pages/contact_us.htm?OnpageA=4
Follow the links to the consumer service/product enquiry.
Either that or check EBay - currently there's a whole machine on the UK site bidding only.
Yes you can buy a replacement seal which you can get through your supplier. Do you have an exploded view. By the time we got the replacement and fitted it we were not sure how it went in and the user manual does not even mention the seal
Check EBAY UK for any older models = you might not be able to get the lid on its own - Moulinex parts are difficult to come by unless they are still being made. Failing that visit UK shops such as Cash Converters or similar - you can sometimes find these food processors there.
Having contacted the Moulinex main office in Canada, I was informed that they do not ship parts to the US. However, they directed to the US sales office - contact "customer Service - Abtec Parts" <[email protected]> who carry replacement parts for a large number of applicances. Hope this information helps someone in need. Thank you.
mine broke - keep fixing it with superglue
