check device manager...mungkin driver belum install lagi.install driver sound card

I would call ASUS they are very good about telling you where the drivers are and they also email you the drivers.

Before you do anything else, call Asus! They are very customer service friendly

Goto the official website of the hardware manufacturer and look for the drivers.These drivers are generally free of cost.

try to make an adjustment on your bios i think usb is disable try to enable it and sure all your usb will work.
