Hello Gopi Krishna,
Rather than enumerate the MANY MANY possibilities...
as simple as an ice BLOCKAGE ... or a DOOR switch...
Better ideas are also available on the following
PARTS-HOUSE assistance page...
Just keep in mind they would love
to sell lots of parts...
My first suggestion... would be to check your door closures... make sure your switches light and dark as you open & close the door...
Look through your freezer vents for a SOLID frost = trouble.
(not necessarily a bad thing... Fix = easy...
OPEN doors... power off: 3 days)
((watch-out for defrost over-flow))

You have to pull out the sensor from the board and test with tester, both sensor should read the resistance of 10,000 to 20,000 ohms. The reading that you show is very low it means that the thermistor is out of range and need replacement.

the freezer has gone on to test mode for some reason press and hold down at the same time the power cool and power freeze buttons for 8 seconds this will take it off its test cycle

My RS2630SH frige side does not cool, but freezer side is ok with more-than-normal frost. Call Samsung, they say to unplug for an hour to reset unit. Have not try it yet, but worth a try, since it is over the warrenty period.

under the compressor there will be rubber bushes which would have got damaged so change the rubber bush and ur problem may get solved
SOURCE: loud noise from the freezer side
The problem is a buildup of ice on the plastic housing (the curved plastic bit) in the back of the freezer under the fixed shelf where the icetub goes. The fan behind this plastic housing is hitting the ice when the defrost comes on.
Unplug the fridge, unpack the freezer, remove the four screws in the back, take off the sheetmetal backing and let the fridge thaw. You can remove the plastic piece after a while and get the ice off (be careful not to remove the styrofoam insulation by going too quickly).
Reassemble and you're back in business, for a few months. I'm never buying Samsung again myself.
