Error code 024-747 is given when trying to print a specific Word 2010 document although any other Word 2010 document seems to print without any problems. Can you tell me what this error message means and do you have any suggestions how to get round this?

Margins are set up in your WORD processor. Presuming you are sung WinWord, you should seelct
PAGE SETUP
and succesively adjust Margin, Orientation and Size.
Be careful that size of paper seelcted be the same size of the paper you are sung.

try disconnect it from your router and reconnect.

then unistall the drivers from ur pc restart it and make full reinstallation

This is vital point which can be consider as workaround:
v Go to the document library in which project files resides
v Hover your mouse to any project file and select 'edit in Microsoft Office Project'
v It will give you a pop up by selecting the 'SharePoint drafts' option
v Click ok / you can do a check out also by selecting the 'SharePoint draft' option
v Now the document is in check out condition so go to the SharePoint drafts location on your machine (Location: \My Documents\SharePoint drafts)
v Open the document by means of draft location, do the changes and save it.
v Go back to the SharePoint site and check in the document.
v Changes will be successfully saved without any problems

In windows clear out the print spooler and that will erase anything in the queue to be printed. Google will tell you specifically where to go to do the deed.

There are 2 simple methods to resolve any print job stuck in queue issue. However, both the methods will not fix printing issue if the HP Printer is in Error mode. Make sure your printer is able to print self test page to prove its functionality,

First method.

This Utility program resolve all the printing issue for HP Printers Only ( Network and USB connection )

The service will be started and all print queue should already be remove.

You don't want to troubleshoot the printer.
You said it is brand new. Don't void the warranty.

It may be that an updated driver is needed; that would be available from the HP website. You should be able to manually set the printer via the HP user software that came with it although it seems that Word should be able to do that automatically.

If you have a spare USB cable around the house, try that first and see if the cable was bad.
