A/V channels are not "found" they are fed to the tv via a set-top(receiver box) connected to the tv through RCA input(using Yellow, White, Red cables). If you do not have a settop box and wish to scan for the channels you must connect the antenna/cable to the tv's co-axial input also called co-ax or RF input(black cable that connects directly to the tv). If you are using this cable you should swith to the A/V input and auto scan for channels.
