This washer eats my clothing.. it has stopped spinning and will not finish out the load so i believe it has eat something that has gotten hung up and isnt allowing the cycle to finish. i cannot get the inside took out to see whats hung under the spinner.. im sooo mad can any one help!!!!

the plastic is the drum has dropped so its eating a way the plastic on the back of the drum so no not worth fixing the mould is an easy fix just soke a cloth with neat bleach and leave over night make sure you do a rines after woulds as you don't want bleach on your cloths ok

you're using to much detergent,the machine can't pump out suds,it will start to fill and drain to get the soap out.take out the clothes,run it and after a bit hit the drain spin and see if it stops.using to much detergent is the number one killer of front load washers,the extra detergent eats at the spider gear and when this happens it's time for a new washer,you'll know when it breaks,when it goes into the spin cycle it will bang all around loudly,you should only be putting in 1/4 of a cup of H.E. detergent

buy a new machine,the spider gear is broken and it's around 500 bucks for the part,you can buy a new washer for that,you used to much detergent,it eats at the metal on the spider gear and it falls apart,i've found parts of it inside the pump before.

you either have a broken shock or the spider gear is gone,take off the bottom panel and check out the shocks,if it's the spider gear it's time for new washer,it's around 500 bucks for new gear,to much detergent used over the years eats at the metal

Could be something stuck in the pump. Could be a bad belt.
This brand eats belts if the tub is overloaded even occasionally.
Remove the front panel and inspect the belt. Any glazing on the belt it should be replaced.
Remove and check the pump while you are there.

You can try to get them out yourself but not to sure, depends on where they are at. Small clothing items (like socks) usually get stuck in the rubber gasket. If you have not already check the rubber gasket really good and see if you find them. If they have gotten past that point probably not something you want to do yourself. They would be inbetween the inner and outer stainless steel drum. If you cant find them take care if you start the wash and leave, there have been a lot of reports of the socks working thier way over and blocking the water intake hose from the soap dispenser causing all the water to come out the front and on the floor. If you can find them and get them out the best fix is to get a large garment bag to keep all the small items together and from wandering off during the wash. Hope this helps and I hope they are just in the gasket and not inbetween the drums.

top loader ??? or front loader??? if top loader you have broken your lid switch, will fill, agitate, but when it comes to drain/spin for safety reasons if the unit doent recognize the lid closed it will not advance...if yo have a front loader then i would suspect that something has gotten into the pump assy and preventing drainiing of water therefore will not spin

you have something gotten into your pump ,,, it trys to drain and spin but overloads the motor and shuts down till the motor switch resets .... remove the pump and take out whatever gotten in it and if that not possable replace the pump.

yes, check the drain, could be clogged, or check the water pump assembly as well, the clothe could be stuck in the impeller.

the burning smell could be coming from a separate electric water pump and it can not turn that is why it is burning already.

If there's a loud thumping noise during the spin cycle, the load of clothes has probably gotten unbalanced. Open the lid, redistribute the clothes in the washer, then re-start it. Repeat these steps if necessary.
