I cant log in to my face book account ,i changed my password an it still says it temperly blocked my email is [email protected]

Only one person is supposed to know your password. If you forgot it, when logging in, on that page is a button, forgot password or something like that. Press the button and you will get an email, on the address you gave the site while setting up your account. Follow the instructions in the mail and everything will be ok in just a few minutes.
If someone hacked your account and did change the settings, you don't get an e-mail, you won't be able to claim the account. You have to setup a new account.

First, you need to have a working email address. If you don't have one, signup for an account at https://mail.yahoo.com

Just click create new account. Then follow the instructions on the page.

Jot down your email & password when are successfully done.

Or else, skip the instructions above if you already have an email address.


Now, go to www.facebook.com

When you are successfully done with facebook, login back to your email at https://mail.yahoo.com

Use the first password you successfully created earlier.

Check your inbox, open your email from facebook, then click the link that says verify your account.

Point your web browser at http://www.facebook.com

If another account comes up, log out of it by clicking the little gear icon in the upper-right then clicking "Log Out."

If you then still can't log in to your account, click the "Forgot your password?" link located just below the password box on the login page.

On the Facebook sign-in page, click the "Forgot your password?" link just below the password field.

On the Yahoo Mail sign-in page, click the "I can't access my account" link.

If you know your email that you used to make that account press forgot password near the login and enter the email go to that email and change password
also make shure caps lock is off and num lock is on

Do you have the correct password? Can you reset the password? I recently had an attempt to log in to my account from Japan.. You might also be able contact facebook using your registered email and have them manually reset the password for you.

Go to www.facebook.com, click on the 'forgotten your password' link above the log in box. Enter the details needed, and click 'reset my password'

You WILL need to know your email address to retrieve the email Facebook will send you.
If you don't know your email address password, recover this first by going to the website of whoever your email address is with. For example if you're with hotmail go to www.hotmail.com, if you're with yahoo, go to www.yahoo.com.

Once you have recovered your facebook password and logged on, you can then change you email address by clicking on 'account', then 'account settings' then clicking the 'change' button next to 'email'
