Normally this works as a syphon. Is the unused conditioner wetter or not? If not, there's no water being put into the dispenser. If so, then the syphon is blocked.

Detergent drawer is clogged with soap. to remove look for small plastic clip on the inside above the detergent drawer which needs to be released. Remove detergent drawer unit and wash thoroughly under running water, or bucket. Replace and problem should be solved until it gets clogged again.

have had my machine for the past 6 years, I do on average ten loads per
week, and it has never failed me. A bit noisy but for the price I could
n`t complain. I have just broken the door handle which has cost me a

Pull the drawer out as far as it will come and then grasping it firmly, give it a good tug towards you, this will free the drawer to enable you to thoroughly clean every piece of it, particularly the conditioner parts of it.
Get a piece of wire with a bend on the end, and poke it in to all the holes in the top of the dispenser compartment, this will clera any blockages there.

Hi there you can order the part from indesit and should not cost alot and yes it should withstand the temp check that if you are using the hot tap to the machine turn down the water thermostat as maybe too hot.
