Question about Whirlpool Washing Machines
If you washer does not hit the spin cycle then you may have a bad lid switch. Usually this part cost about $15-$25 more or less. I just had a similar problem with my washer (: (Whirlpool Ultimate Care 2 aka Kenmore)

I believe your drain pump filter is just clogged. The drain pump is trying to pump the water out before the Spin cycle, but can't. Usually this is caused by a foreign object that is obstructing the impeller. See my tip on how to access, drain & clean the Drain Pump Filter:
ACCESS, DRAIN & CLEAN THE DRAIN PUMP FILTER
After this, the Spin cycle will run, after the drainage procedure. If it does not, then you may need to replace the Drain Motor. Which is a easy task.
Kind Regards :-)

Thank You for all the replies, here is my obseravation of very little knowledge I have.
When you start the programme, water inlet start but drum doesn't move and motor doesn't spin. Belt and everything is OK. The pully on motor has current on tester, so I trust supply is coming to motor, I removed the motor and given supply seperately on the terminal, then it spins. Door lock was removed for last 5 years, shorted both terminal, everything was working since then. I believe problem will be in one any one of the supply of the motor or fuse/relay. It si just that the motor and so the drum doesn't spin, I checked everything.

First try to reset the lock unplugged the power machine for a few (10) minutes (maybe release the interlock door switch). If this work, them its possible that you need door latch replacement.
To do it, turn off power, unplug at the mains. Drag the machine out so you can see the back. Remove the 2 screws that hold the top on, pull back or tap the top forward (depending on the model) to unclip it. Peer inside. You will see the door switch inside the chassis exactly in line with the door handle on the outside. See if you manually make the mechanism release, or if you have a stubby philips screwdriver, you can probably unscrew the switch complely.
Keep us updated.

SOURCE: Miele w1113. Washer drum won't
I assume you are saying the machine is working except the drums not turning? - you need to see if the belt has come off because thats what i would check first if you hear the motor start/stop after it fills up with water.
