Bike Model number VT250F - Year 1994
Chassis Ref : MC25-100????
Head Lamp didn't switch on normally.
It can be switched on when slightly pressing the starter button.
Over-take "Beam" is working.
Do I really needed to change the "switch box" (Next to the accelerator handle) at the right hand side of the handle bar ?

you can find manufacturing year on the chassis of bike and for your safety I suggest you to replace complete ignition switch, because you can not find the proper key if you find that is only adjustment which is not safe.
First of all, did the vehicle previously come with fog lamps? I'm assuming it didn't. Normally, each YM (Year/Model) Hyundai wiring harness is complete for every feature which might be included with certain trim specifications. However, you probably don't have the multi-function switch which has the 'Fog Lamp Switch' on it (Left Hand Turn & Parking/Headlamp Switches). However, the wiring for the fog lamps is probably there, you just need the multifunction switch which contains the fog lamp switch. The illustration attached shows where the wire harness plugs into the fog lamp bulb. This connector may be taped up in the wire harness out of the way (since I'm assuming the vehicle didn't originally come equipped with fog lamps).
You didn't mention what year nor the model of your bike. If the bike is later than a 1990 model, odds are that is does not have the old style "flasher" unit but rather the Turn Signal Microprocessor. If you have self-cancelling turn signals that you do not have to "press and hold" the turn signal switch on, you have the TSM. It's a "black box" that is about a half inch thick, by about three inches long and a inch and half or so wide. Where it's located is dependent on the year and model bike. Just keep looking is all I can tell you. Odds are that it's located under the seat or the dash on the tank.
You didn't say what year or model your bike was but if you follow the metal brake line coming out of the rear master clyinder, you should find a "tee" fitting with a pressure switch in it. You need to test for voltage at the this point. Since I don't know what year and model bike it may have two or four wires connected to it. The pressure switch has two plugs on it, one should be "hot" with the switch on. You should be able to jumper the wires on the two plugs and the brake light should come on. If not, you have a wiring problem between the pressure switch and the brake light socket.
You didn't say what year model or size of your bike, but most have a neutral safety switch and a side kickstand safety switch. When you dropped it, it probably effected the operation of the switch.
You didn't say what year or model bike you're working on. The clicking you're hearing could be a circuit breaker tripping. If it's a soft click like a turn signal flasher clicking, this is probably a circuit breaker or a relay. If it's a loud click, it may be the solenoid on your starter. Does anything else on the bike work? If not, it's probably the main circuit breaker. How about any security system that may be on the bike?
You didn't say what year or model bike you have but if the brake light is stuck on, it's probably the front brake light switch in the right handlebar switch housing. You'll have to go into the housing and install a new switch. Make sure the front brake master cylinder is set tight against the face of the switch housing. Loosen the two screws and slide it down against the switch housing.
You didn't specify which year the bike is. I know that from '68-mid'80s at least, the front brake light switch is a small switch right at the brake lever; might be the same for later years but I can't say for sure. Pre '68 had no front brake light switch.
There is a tiny little peanut shaped light bulb inside the radio that provides the light for the dial, it is replaceable, you will need to remove the radio, then pull the top cover off the radio chassis, the bulb is under the cover.
