Hi vytas_ceponi, I want to help you with your question, but I need more information from you. Can you please add details in the comment box? Do you have desktop speakers or do you have surround sound speakers? You may have to go into sound options and select the output in the control panel.

SOURCE: Toshiba Satellite A45-S250 DVD/CD Drive

The CD drive is held by two screws on the bottom near the small handle you use to pull the drive. Take out these two screws and it should slide out rather easily. If it doesn't check to see if you removed the right screws. It doesn't matter how many screws you remove, just so long as you put them back in.

SOURCE: HOW TO GET TO THE RAM IN A45-S250

You will find the memory on the Toshiba A45-S250 under the keyboard. Snap of the grill that also has the on/off button on it, just above the keyboard. You will find two screws holding down the keyboard and another screw near the middle holding down a small silver piece that is holding down the center part of the keyboard. Lift the keyboard from the screen end toward you. Memory is located under a clear plastic flap. The power should be off and the battery removed during this operation. Be sure to touch some metal piece to ground yourself also. Good luck.

Hi kier,
Your MSI MS-6547 board comes in five types. Three boards use Realtek's AC97 Audio Driver. Of the five boards only one

To download the & install your sound controller, Realtek AC97 Audio Driver click the link below.

Realtek AC'97 driver

Before installing the AC97 software drivers, open System than click the Hardware tab than click Device manager. Scroll down to Sound, video & game controllers. Do you see a yellow ! point? If so than your drivers do need to be reinstalled. I could send you to Asus's site but they are a bit out dated so go here for updated drivers. The first one listed under Description will do just fine.
http://www.realtek.com.tw/downloads/downloadsView.aspx?Langid=1&PNid=14&PFid=23&Level=4&Conn=3&DownTypeID=3&GetDown=false
When you open the sound, video & game controller find AC97 & uninstall by right clicking on AC97 & uninstall. Only the AC97, leave the rest alone. Restart the PC than install the new drivers that you saved to your hard drive.
Check driver installed by opening controll panel than open Sound & Audio Device icon. Under Audio tab Realtek AC97 should be listed than click the Voice tab & the same should be listed.
Test both Audio & Mic functions. If either fail your intergrated controller could be defective. Lets hope everything works fine.
