I am using samsung GT-S 5233a i got a pc studio disc with the phone. My laptop is windows 7 ultimate and i cant install pc studio to my laptop. because of that i cant connect to my phone with my laptop pls send me links to download pc studio for my mobile phone which can be for windows 7

Perhaps you should convert it to Mp4. Open new pc studio, select Toolbox (low and left hand) and choose Video converter.

hello friend, i am also having the same mobile. this mobile will not support samsung studio pc suite. just go to samsung official website and select phone samsung gt-s3310/I. from here you can download samsung kies software. before installing this sotware in your pc, you should install dotnet frame work 3.5 offline version and also windows media player 11, also download and install data cable driver for samsung gt-s3310i. thats all ...enjoy

samsung pc studio works in windows 7. i am using it in mine pc also.i think there might be problem in your disk or might in windows.

You'll need a recent version of Samsung Kies, instead of PC Studio, as a software interface to tether your Samsung Star 3G Nano to ur pc.

1. install the Kies, preferably over Windows 7 ultimate.
2. have ur activated Rs. 98 GPRS/EDGE account readied.
3. Run Kies. Connect ur phone to ur PC. Let it get detected by Kies.
4. Finally use the Tethering icon to begin the process. Default options will be fine.

I am unable to install samsung pc studio in windows 7 home basic....what shall i do in...

uninstall again your pc studio, restart you laptop and reinstall your pc suite, but before you do install it, try to do this trick, right click the pc studio, select properties, then select run in compatability mode of xp and vista, then select run as administrator, select apply and ok. it will install, there are times that windows 7 will inform you that the program not installed, you will be having two options, select, '' install the program with recommended settings''.

once installed, connect your phone to your laptop, select settings on you pc suite, select connections, select usb, this will command the pc suite to search for phones attached to usb ports. once searched, it will install your phone automatically and will look for appropriate device drivers for your phone through your pc suite, once connected you are set.

if this doesn't fix your problem, try updating you device through device manager, direct your device installation by browsing the folder to your samsung pc suite and unchecking the automatically install the best driver and checking the box for include the drivers on this folder.
