This is
almost certainly a simple problem with your empty pump filter being clogged. The empty cycle is
timed and if it can't get all the water out in time because the filter is
blocked and slowing the empty down, then it will fail safe and won't step on to
the final spin cycle with excess water in the drum.
You need to
locate and clean the filter. Depending on the model (not familiar which with
the model you mention) there is probably a round filter cap on the front of the
machine at the bottom (It may be behind a small door or hidden behind a clip on
panel on the bottom)
No filter on this model. The drain lines are free. Looks like I have a relay problem or the motor that turns the plastic waterwheel that drives the water out.
What is the make and model please? You have not mentioned it yet
Wound up having it serviced. Watched them do this silly fix. When the lid closes, there is a plastic knob that goes into a hole on the side of the top. Inside this hole there is a pressure switch that allows the spin cycle to activate when the lid was closed! This switch was broken. They took the top off the machine, put in this new part, and within 20 minutes we had a new load of clothes washing. Cost? $150.00 Hum guess it is better than a new machine but come on! Thanks anyway.

SOURCE: Washer won't spin or drain water
you checke dthe drain??? how??? i would assume that you have something stuck within your drain pump assy( bra underwire-- money--- toothpick--nail/screw) VERY common issue, youll need to remove the front cover and remove the hose leading to the pump to look inside. DISCONNECT POWER-- PUMP IS ALWAYS LIVE!!!!!!!!!!!, oh yea and youl need a bag to collect the water when you disconnect the hose, YOURE GONNA GET WET!!
SOURCE: Incomplete wash cycle.
It sounds as if you have something acting as a flap causing the restriction. You should take the hose that leads from the tub to the pump off and see if there is anything just inside the tub. I have noticed that alot times you could have a coin that blocks the opening. You may have to remove the inner tub to remove anything in there
SOURCE: washer fills up than starts draining while in wash cycle
Hello , here is the fix-your drain hose is placed to low in the drain line in the wall, it can not be placed in water or it will siphon the water out of your washer into the drain pipe and it wont stop until it hits air. try pulling your drain hose up and out of the drain and get a zip tie or cable and tie it to one of the water valves by the drain pipe placing the end of the drain hose about 5-6 inches inside the drain pipe. Let me know if you have any other questions and good luck it will work.

My washer fills up with water and goes thru the wash cycle but when it's time to drain, it just sits there and clicks.
