the fan is locted in the freezer and it blows up to the ref and it sounds like the fan quit working and needs replace to check it the be for sure take the back panel off and with the ref running test the leads to the motor and make sure you have 110 volts if you do it is a bad motor
sounds like yhour compressor is not runnning, look behind the unit and se of the fan down below is turning and if the compressor is cold, or overheated and redhot
the problem is going to more then likely in the main control board which is on the back of the refrigerator in a little compartment this board is bad about going out if you have power surges or outages
