Whirlpool Front Loader Washer Model# WFW9600

It's giving a fault code of F35. Anyone know what this means?

Apparently F35 means the washer WFW9600T has a broken part. I don't know which part yet, but it's being ordered. I'll follow up when I find out.

Fault code F35 for a Whirlpool washer/dryer duet WFW9600T means there's a part called a PSI switch that has to be ordered and replaced.

I have the same washer WFW9600. Just got back from a 3 week trip and never had a problem. Put a load in and it stops with F35 code. water and pump and drain seem to be working. Have unplugged and replugged. Have also suctioned the drain hose at the back with a wet vac.

This code is not on the list.
Try this:
Push cancel twice
Select drain and spin
Select your cycle and push start.

If this does not clear the code, you will need a service call.

Before you do that I am wondering-Are you using an HE detergent and in small amounts? Are you loading the washer evenly- for example towels with towels lingerie with lingerie and jeans with jeans. Front loaders are very sensitive to how they are loaded. Check everything you can:

Turn off the washer and unplug it. Grab some old towels and a bucket.
Check the drain hose- is it twisted, squished or plugged ( you can turn off the washer unplug it and remove the drain hose to see if it is clogged.) While you are back there check the incoming water hoses are they twisted? Unscrew them from the washer and make sure the little filters at the ends of the hoses are not plugged, so that water is coming in freely. Make sure water valves are turned all the way on.

When you are back in front examine the door seal. Is it in good condition? Give the tub a spin with your hand. Does it spin freely and does it feel secure?

Check your dispensers. Are they clean and empty? if they are not try running an empty short cycle with just a little Hot water in the liquid dispensers to see if they are plugged.

Okay. Good luck to you. I hope this can be solved without a service call.

thank YOu for using FixYA Ratings are always appreciated.

I had a suds error and then a F 35 error. Turns out I had a collection of junk and debris between the door seal and the drain at bottom of door. Cleared out the debris now my washer is running like a top. (washer senses pressure error, thats why I got said error codes)

What does error F35 mean?

It helps to have FULL make and model in such questions, but here are a few ideas

The F35 error code indicates an analog pressure sensor error. The analog pressure sensor is the component that detects water level in the washer tub. This error can usually be cleared but it will occur again if the main control board still detects a problem with the signal from the analog pressure sensor.

Code f35 and sud on washer machine/whirlpool duet front loader

F35 is a water level error.
The water level switch (pressure switch) has malfunctioned.

If you remove the top panel, three screws in the back, you will have access to the pressure switch.

With the tub empty, remove the vinyl hose from the switch and blow backwards through the hose to clear any restrictions.

If the fault codes return after doing this, you will likely need to replace the pressure switch.

Also - please be sure to use He soap.

Whirlpool duet washer flashes F35 model # wfw9500tw01

I had a F35 error pop up, then Sud error started to occur. On the Clean machine cycle I would get a F 21 error.

On the top off the machine the is a pressure sensor that is at the rear right side at the top and has a black rubber hose in it and a set of wire that clips in. It clips to the washing machine wall. I replaced the censor for $144 Canadain. It works great now.

Use the correct soap.

I attemped to runn the machine over and over hoping it would just clean it self, with no luck.

I also opened the rear od the machine cleaned the hose and the canaster the attaches to the washer that leads to the pressure sensor, this also did not help.

I opened the bottom front of the washer and cleaned out the pump resevour ( use a bag to catch the water) I found a few things in there like money and various pocket stuff.

I even flushed nthe sensor out with a ink loader seringe in hope to clean out the sensor. This only made the sensor show the Sud error emediately as the water enter the machine.

Be all, end all was a new pressure sensor fixed all the errors.
