SOURCE: a cable is loose that will not allow me to engage

Tightening up a stretched cable is impossible. If the cable is NOT adjustable to shorten it and make it tighter, then you will need a new one. Here is a link to one. I searched all the parts diagrams in your manual for the cable and find it was NOT listed. I hope this helps as I have researched your problem. Go here:

I recently purchased a Canon EOS Rebel T3i SLR camera (July 2011) and already I am encountering a problem called "Err 05 the built-in flash could not be raised." Does anyone know how to resolve...

Hey Leo,

Unfortunately the problem you've mentioned is quiet common with your particular model.

Here's what Canon recommends, on its website.

-Turn the power switch to < ON > to turn on the power again.

And, if that doesn't work. Buddy, you'll have to drop by a service center. Hurry up, or you'll run out on the warranty period.

Toodles,

Hello, 2 years ago you have posted the info on how to repair ws-65869 "This model uses a single convergence IC chip---- STK-393-110. The chip needs to be replaced and there are about a dozen...

Buy the IC online search using google
The resistors almost never need replacing. But each is marked with a value in Ohms.
They are low Ohms like 2.2Ohms or 3.9Ohms.
If one is bad it will look burnt usually.
Install the IC chip and if one color won't adjust check the resistors with an Ohm meter.
either the ohms is written on the resistor or there is a color code on eem
Best of luck
Thanks
Eric

if it has a fuel solenoid on the bottom of the carburetor chances are some one has cut the tip off of it causing it to back fire. that is what the fuel solenoid is , a anti backfire fuel shut off. it is nothing to worry about if the back fire don't bother you and it runs good.

Diagnostic Report (1.9.0027.0): ----------------------------------------- Windows Validation Data--> Validation

> Blocked VLK
> Windows Product Key: *****-*****-3R89F-D2KXW-VPK3J
> Windows License Type: Volume
> Windows OS version: 5.1.2600.2.00010100.3.0.

Where did you obtain the CD-ROM that you used to install Windows,
using that Product Key?

A "VLK' is a "volume license key" -- when some organization purchases a specific number
of licenses to install Windows XP, Microsoft issues a "volume" license-key,
so that all (up to the number of licenses they purchased) computers in that organization
can use the _same_ license-key.

If Microsoft detects that the product-key is being used *OUTSIDE* of that specific organization,
then Microsoft will *BLOCK* all attempts to "activate" Windows that cite that product-key.

I did a Google-search for '3R89F-D2KXW-VPK3J' and Google reported 37 THOUSAND web-pages that contain that string. That is a *DEFINITE* sign that the VLK has been "leaked" onto the Internet.

So, you are trying to use a "non-genuine" copy of Microsoft Windows XP.

Thus, you are a "SOFTWARE PIRATE".

Purchase a *GENUINE* copy of Windows XP (or Vista or 7) and install it,
and throw away your "pirated" copy of Windows.
