The bearing or the motor is warn out they last 15 years in the case. In some rare case the brush ware out or the rely can catch fire, most central vacuum are not made to be oiled! Hot oil will catch on fire. Best to unplug the vacuum unit call a few shops and ask replacement motor cost, if you remove the Vac and take to them it will cost less.
You need to clean the inside of the vacuum, then check the motor for any obstacles, dust, etc.
If necessary, apply oil or grease into the motor.
Loud motor noise is often associated with dirt, dust, jammed obstacle, lack of motor oil or grease.
Also a worn parts inside the motor like brushes, bushings.
There nothing to worry just do what I mentioned and those loud noise will disappear.
