I use a Pulsar PUA111 (blue face). I use it everyday, wherever and whenever...but I do removie it only when I take a shower. I do not dive nor do I inadvertently bang it. It has incurred its scratches and bruises but now I noticed that the black hardrubber guard is slowly and literally crumbling away. Is there any way I can send it in just to replace the rubber part?...and maybe even the glass face? Is there an area near the Chicago, SanFo, or Toronto (Canada) area that you can sugges? Many thanks.

Click on the crown (the stem in the middle on the right side). There are three settings, and one of them will change the minute hands' behavior to normal. You might also check out this guide:

What can u tell me about my pulsar watch the numbers on the back is 160622 and v533-8850 and a box with a M inside of it?

Based on the information you've provided, it sounds like you have a Pulsar brand watch. The numbers "160622" and "V533-8850" are likely the watch's serial number. The "M" inside of a box is likely a hallmark or hallmarking, which signifies that the watch's gold content meets a certain standard. The watch has a gold and silver appearance, with a gold face and gold hands, and has a display on the face for the day and date.

My Pulsar watch stops whenever it reaches 0900 hrs or 2100hrs. How can I rectify this Problem?

I don't know that you can. A watchmaker may be able to help though. Could be the hands are hitting something and stopping the watch.
