I purchased the 16 inch Ultimate Buzz Lightyear for my grandson, and it seemed to work fine, but all of a sudden he quit speaking. His lips continue to move, but no voice is coming out. We have changed batteries, and still no sound. Please help us, as a mute Buzz is not a fun Buzz.

Pop the wings out, put your fingers under the bottom edge of the jet pack and pull hard. The Jet pack comes right off and the wings stay attached to the toy. This gives you access to the battery compartment.
