Hi,
All you have to do is call your service provider customer service numebr , They will give you PUK code to reset your security code, They might require you to provide the IMEI number of your phone,(they will give you instruction also on how you can get that information ).
Pls. refer to some information below for your references:
- PIN CodePersonal Identification Number), is the password for your simcard. You can choose to set the pin code request at each switch on of your mobile or whenever there is a change in simcard depending on your mobile functioning.
- PUK Code is the code requested by your sim card whenever you have enter wrong password for more than three times. The PUK code can be only provided by your supplier.
- The restriction code, also known as code operator, code or code NCK network, you can unlock your phone for use with any SIM card of different operators.
- The security code is the password of the mobile itself. This will prevent another person from accessing to your mobile in case of theft. You can change the password according to you.
