There are many reasons why a dehumidifier willnot work or collect water.

My glodstar DH305T7 dehumidifier wont stay on. Clicks on for a second then turns right off. Now it won't even turn on. There is over 70% humidity in my basement. Only 1 year old.

My 54351 dehumidifier runs for hours and doesn't collect much wat

I hope someone answers this because I'm having the same problem. Mine is about 4 years old. I thought it was my filthy filter but cleaning didn't change the problem.

Maytag dehumidifier model m7dh45b2a about 2 years old (5 year warranty) runs but does not remove any water

call 1-866-629-8241. they are no longer honoring the warranty because the company that made the dehumidifier (fedders) went bankrupt. they will prorate the warranty and send you a check. we had two months to go on ours and they sent us a check for $14 and change.
