No you can't. Modern cash registers can not use 2 ply paper. The 130CR was never designed to print more than a receipt or journal. This is a very cheap low quality machine so it has limited functions.

You will need to re-set the memory and lose the programming:Take one of the batteries out.Turn mode dial to REG modeTurn power off at wall for 20 minutes. Turn power on at wall.Replace battery.
If it still does not return to 2 decimal places, you have a board failure or the firmware is incorrect for your country.

They are cheap printers and not designed to last. It is common when they are worn or dirty. Clean the rubber drum and any ink or muck from the printer. Check the ink roller. Make sure it is fresh and rolling freely. If it doesn't improve, you just replace the printer as a unit. See a dealer for this. -----------------------------------------------------

This model is too basic to print text. it has a tiny drum printer so it can print numbers. Move up to one of the SE-S models to print text.

Hi. The 130 is not designed to do customer receipts. It can only print basic details, no store or tax number details etc. You need to move up to the next model to print full customer receipts.

It is unlikely to be a memory problem. If you can explain the symptom then I might be able to give some advice. How is it playing up? Please describe the button sequence and what the machine is doing wrong.
