if its a push in power adaptor you could probably get one at a do it yourself shop as long the voltage is the same and the connector is the same it will be plug and play hope this helps, make sure you take your old charger to the shop for them to match up
Power cord is pretty standard for appliances/desktop PCs/printers. I would try the local Goodwill, they all have a wall with cords for every manner of appliance. On any given day, my local Goodwill has them in black and grey. Or any electronics store will have them.
As far as the lid - I'm not sure if you lost/broke the entire thing or just the plastic cap in the center. That Jenn-Air center plastic piece is easily broken. Your local Ace Hardware or True value sells replacement Blender cap inserts. Glass center with aluminum washer/nut that screws on from below. Looks better than original and won't yellow.
The power cord you need can be purchased by contacting the manufacturer at this site Website they have other retailers who can provide the part you just need to contact them first to know where and possibly how much.
Hello and Welcome to FixYa!
In order to trouble shoot the problem to the root cause, you need to check each possibility one by one.
Double Check for the Power supply socket working.
Do make sure that the power cord is intact and is supplying power to the electrical equipment. For this you need to check the voltage at the internal connection of the power cord. There are cases in which the power cord is broken internally, that causes fluctuation in the supply and the device starts malfunctioning.
If the power is Ok, then you need to check for the working of the Button and the electrical motor. There is a possibility that the winding of the motor might gone faulty.
Carefully check all the above possibilities one by one.
Best of Luck, Do RATE my solution, If FOUND helpful. Concerned, Waqar.
