You can check the capicator. This is mounted next to fan motor.
There should be 2 wires going to it

well, somebody once told me that if you add a quart of oil to 5 gal of kero, it makes a good diesel substitute. So, in theory, I would add a little ethinal (corn gas) to the kero.

open the vac pump off back of motor, clean and lube vanes and reassemble. your vac pump is stuck.

Check for power to fan motor.....if there is power and motor does not go then the motor is bad...
