SOURCE: blue screen on all channels RCA TruFlat
The blue screen is displayed by the TV when there is no input signal.
Check the antenna input connections to the TV.
If you have re-scanned the TV since this problem occured, and it found no channels, you will need to scan again if you make adjustments to the connection, because your original channels will have been erased.

really depends on the model. I've got a 2005 26" RCA truflat that has both digital and analog ota tuners--I can pick up off of rabbit ears OTA broadcasts, as well as via coax cable (cox cable) any of the unencrypted clear digital channels (QAM). Just can't handle the encrypted channels. If there are multiple coax inputs, check their labels--if labeled digital, likely that you've got a QAM digital tuner. Also, in the menuing system, channel scan--does it identify signal type as selectable digital/analog?
The surefire, get the model number, goto RCA.com website, download the user manual.

Are you in an area where the digital transition has occured? You may need a newer tuner www.dtv.gov to get one for free or almost free.

You need to replace the microprocessor. GoodLuck there is 52 pins to unsolder and resolder a new one. The price for the chip may bee about $35
