See if you can locate the defrost timer sometimes behind front bottom kick panel sometimes at rear of fridge.its a small box like thing with wires coming out of it,they often have a knob protruding from it or a recession that a screwdriver fits into, rotate this until you hear a click, this should put the fridge into defrost mode, you will hear the heaters defrosting the freezer,if the timer is working correctly after about 10 minutes or so the cooling will restart,if the timer is not working it will not restart into cooling,if this is the case the timer needs replacing and you will have to again rotate the knob to restart the cooling
What sort of fridge ,single door double door? more information needed
Hi Dale Dibb, thank you for your inquiry!
I understand that the food inside of your Frigidaire freezer is getting frost on the inside of the packages. I would recommend turning the temperature up inside of your freezer. Additionally moisture inside of the package would cause frost to develop on the inside of the food packages.
Please assure that all possible moisture has been removed out of the food packages prior to placing the items inside of the freezer. If there is anything else that I can help you with, please feel free to reconnect! -Matt
