the TV can connect to your home router 2 ways,
wifi or Ethernet wired, if not , all streaming will fail.
I guess the TV spart screen players are all dead, but you never named at least 1 that is dead. if all are even free ones
then your TV is not connected to your home network

please review the ethernet connection or if you are connected via Wifi be turned on you can double check to go to setting click left on the bottom Windows icon/ click on the wheel/ Network/ Wifi then verify is turned or turn on the Wifi.
I would like to give you another option to clean old Winsock.
Your TV must be a 'smart' TV i.e. it should have software enabling it to connect to the internet and access features such as Netflix. If you don't have a 'smart' TV then you can purchase a set top box which can be connected to your TV and will allow you to access on-line services such as Netflix. If you have a 'smart' TV then you still need to connect it to your internet router, either with an Ethernet cable or via WiFi if the TV has WiFi built in (or you can buy a WiFi adapter for the TV). If you connect with an Ethernet cable then the TV will connect to your router (and internet) with no further setup. and learn that in the taskbar, you switch off wifi first to run on Ethernet. it will show icon for ethernet . and good. and browsing works. the web.
