This doesn't sound good.
It could be either of two problems;
\ The refrigerant has leaked out of the system. The leak has to be repaired and the system re gassed. You will need a technician to do this.
\ The is a problem with the compressor electrics. This is where the compressor will start but only run for a short time. You will need a technician to help you with that.

My heat kicks on, I can hear it and feel heat when placing hand on vents. However,Nothing blows out.

Blower is not running ? Or is ?if the blower fans not working check fuses or replace motor , if your heat cycles and your blower blows cool air , its likely a heater core issue

Auto/On set to ON. Fan runs.

Sounds like the thermostat, the way to verify is to unplug indoor unit, remove thermostat, take pic of wiring with phone or label the wires as to the terminals. Carefully twist the yellow,(Y) Red (R) and the green (G) together. Plug the furnace back in, if the unit operates normally, replace the thermostat. I am basing this on the fact that the blower speed is changing. This could also be an anomaly within the circuit board in the furnace section, not likely though as the outside unit (condenser) is not controlled n by the indoor board unless this is a heat pump. hope this helps. Heat Pump - blows heat to set temp, then off, then kicks on to blow cold

Heat pumps defrost which is the AC mode, if the heat strip isnt working during a defrost, the air will be cold, A heat pump only feels warm if the heat strips are on too! the refrigeration cycles heat output is much less sensible to our 98F skin. heat pumps that satisfy a room setpoint are working at least, all heat pumps feel drafty to most.

Goodman heat pump stopped cooling

yes, but I would try a "hard-start" kit before replacing the compressor itself

Unit does not cool. Original unit was replaced because of defective compressor. Replacement unit worked in store but now does not cool and alternates blowing cool and warm air.

Is this a window unit? Sounds like the compressor may be cutting on and off. That would cause the alternating air temp you are feeling. Make sure the condenser fan is running. If it isn't running head pressure will build up on the compressor until it shuts down. Then the pressure will equalize and the compressor will kick on again. Also check your filters and the condenser coil to make sure it is clean. Let me know what you find.

Refrigerator and freezer are both cool, not cold.

Pull refrigerator away from wall unplug remove lower cover and feel top of compressor. If too hot to keep hand there leave unplugged until start components, compresser windings and condenser fan can be checked. Let me know what you find and I can assist you, Thanks, Sea Breeze

Sunpentown wa1200e. Feels like blowing cool.

is it possible you cannot hear the compressor running?

Modern A/C do not run all the time even while calling for cool. They do cycle on and off to prevent iceing.

GE side by side refrigerator(GSS22ifrf ww) not cooling

Try unplugging it for 30 seconds and then plug it in again. It may reset itself that way.

Will not cool properly.

You have either a faulty thermostat, dirty condenser and evaporator or a faulty run capacitor. Need to service soon before the compressor is damaged. Sea Breeze
