Hi!! I'm sorry, but locations cannot be traced using those numbers alone unless you have Phone tracker featured on your phone. Numbers starting 0917 means they are GLOBE handy phone carriers. If you know someone living in the Philippines, you might want to instruct them to buy Globe Sim card then go to Globe Prepaid- Specials-Tracker-Person Tracker- then enter those number listed above to track where in the Philippines these mobile Globe numbers are.

I believe nokia have codes but alot of phones need a special lead. there is a unlock calculator, i think it's call nokia unlock calculator

If you miss key (or forget) your SIM pin code, and enter the wrong one 3-5 times in a row, the SIM will lock up, and you’ll need to enter the PUK unlock code to release it. You should ask your Network Service Provider for this code when you need it. Don’t try to guess it, because after a few wrong guesses, the SIM card will be permanently disabled.
Phone Security Code:
This locks the handset, as opposed to the sim card. You can also set some handsets to only accept a “new” sim if the phone security code is entered. To reset it, you need the Master code code:

let ur phone be openlined..a thing that called in philippines so that u can use any other network or sim card u want..just go to any cellphone shop then tell them..they automatically know what ur toking bout..

you need to have a master reset code to reset all the settings. I do have an unlocker for this. if you want just give me the IMEI code and I could process it for you FREE.
