Assuming the player is fine, the 'Bad Disc' display message usually means either a disc which is an incompatible format (for example DVD-ROM) with this player; a disc which is a region that does not match that of the unit; or a defective/damaged disc. Check the discs prior to using them in this player and if they are burned discs, make sure they are a compatible standard format for playback.

This model is not region-free by default unless stated otherwise in the manual.

Just Loading - Bad Disc

Normally I would say clean the laser lens, but I actually had the exact same model with the exact same problem, and that didn't work. I was able to get mine to work sometimes by turning it off and on and unplugging it, but even after opening it up, re-lubricating the gears, and replacing a few capacitors near the reader, I never did find a permanent solution.
I guess this isn't what you wanna hear, but I think its an untraceable problem with the motherboard.

When ever a disc is put into the ch300 I get a loading message

The laser lens could just be dirty, or it could be on it's last leg.
I'd recommend cleaning the laser first, laser replacement would cost more then the machine itself is worth.

Loading with "bad disc" message

These dvd players have problems working with some brands of dvd's. Here is a report from a customer who had contacted, the now defunct CyberHome customer service department at got this response.I hope this helps you with your problem. we do not recommend the use of Maxell, Memorex or TDK brands of

After loading every disc displayes "wrong disc'

are they bootleg dvd's? if not try getting a lense cleaner because wrong disc means it's reading your dvd's as .mov files which only play on quicktime in a computer. if it reads your cleaner as wrong disk too then get yourself a refund cuz it has a motherboard malfunction.

Bad disc or insert disc problem

If you are using a copied disc try a real one. But this model of DVD Player is made so cheap. it sound like the laser assembly is bad or the motor that spins the disc is stuck or going out. If you are good at electroninics you could take the lid off load a disc and see if it spins if not give it a spin clockwise and see if it takes off. You probably should replace unit for price of a new one.
