It sounds like you are trying to install some fonts, and trying to install a lot of fonts can get a little tricky. also sounds like you are transferring these from a DVD? The following should help: first lets create a new folder on the desktop, call it something like "britannica fonts 1"now try just transferring a portion of the fonts to your desktop into the newly created folder.ok, once those have finished moving from the DVD to the desktop go ahead and drag and drop those .ttf files from the desktop to the windows fonts folder.repeat this step until they're all installed. you can delete the desktop files afterwards. The fonts are installed now and won't be going anywhere .
1. Download the font below... Madura Font (when u open it it will be just a english font, dont worry about that)
2. Go to your downloads where u save the madura.ttf file, COPY it (select, Ctrl +C)
3. IMPORTANT STEPS --Go to My Computer, --then C drive (double click, where your operating system is), --Double click on Windows folder (NOT Program files), --scan through the folders and open Fonts folder, it should preview all the fonts installed on your computer.
4. Now Paste (Ctrl+V) the madura.ttf file that u copied in STEP 2. (it should say installing font when u paste it)
5. Open Madura Dictionary and it shuold work fine now.
I have tried this in Windows 8 computer so it should defineatly work fine with windows 7 and XP.

1. Search for ''resource1'' rar file among the files within Britannica DVD 2. You can browse the disc and find ''Resource1'' rar file in: BritannicaDVD/installapp/Contents/Resources/Java/Disc1/InstData/3. Unrar ''Resources1'' to your desktop (only temporarily) 4. When unrarred you wil find $WORKROOT$ folder along with a couple of jar files. Go to: $WORKROOT$/data/cd/shared/fonts, then copy all .ttf files and paste them in C:\Windows\Fonts folder5. Restart the installation of the Encyclopaedia (you may be asked to uninstall or delete elements of previous installation)6. In my case it solved the problem, hope it does in yours! Enjoy Britannica!
Now you can find 2 fonts in word document ..say rupee and rupee fordain. use rupee fordain to use all the alphabets along with INR symbol. it is mapped with the" ` " symbol which lies left to the ( !/1) key on the top
hello nirav702, To install Fonts in Windows 7, simply follow this step:
1. Download Your fonts and then unzip 2. Right clik on it and then click on properties 3. Under the General tab You will see an Unblock Button (click on it only if u see the Unblock Button, if it's not then ignore this step) 4. You can either drag and drop the font to directory: "C:\Windows\Fonts" or u can just double click on the font and install it
