When I receive faxes some sheets print out blank, also I have just changed the drum, but the problem still occurs, I get the top part of who sent the fax but nothing in the body, I can make copies, and also print a fax activity, which reads NG: Poor Line Connection / Out of Memory but everything looks good, Any recommendations
Re: Brother IntelliFAX 4100 shooting out blank sheets
The machine told you poor line quality. Try a different phone line to verify. Try it at a friends house to verify it. If you are using Vonage, that is the problem. I have Vonage and every fax I test with has some issues with poor line.

clean laser... if still there change drum.. if still there clean ccd... if still there... contact brothers support and they will walk you through it or send you to a service center for it to be repaired
Probably not. You can change that setting in the user modes in menu/function and set it to 99 minutes. HAve you tried another drum unit? Your charge corona wire in the drum unit maybe broken!
Hi Sandy58 this is the fix. all you have to do is: open the front cover (leave it open) and press the clear button then it will ask you NEW DRUM AND YOU ENTER 1 FOR YES and that's it good luck.
any other question please email me,
thank you.
Probably caused by the toner cart. Only use genuine new Brother brand supplies. Remans fail quite often with Brother machines. Possibly bad gears on fuser drive. But with the poor print quality, I suspect it is the toner.
