Any error codes. What happens if you start a Spin Only Cycle witht the same load? Does the times stay stuck at xx minutes in the LED display and the machine constantely starts and stops?

If you open the washer lid and rotate the wash basket CCW it should only rotate CCW That's a good sign. It should not rotate CW.
Look behind the rear right console you will firn the model number and Serial Number. What are the first digits of your Serial Number? The number range will be 10 or 11 on up to 18. That will help me understand what possible Clutch Pulley is in the machine.

Go to the 5th post down there is a link to the Service Manual. The Service Manual will show you how to get into Service Manual and unlock the lid Locks. If you can't unlock in Service Mode the Service Manual will show you how to release the washer top from thew base to remove your clothes.
