Just by cleaning the coils and the keeping it shutdown should not have any effect on the freon in the compressor. It is only used to cool down the coils so that the air blows over them is also made cold. Please keep it running for a while and check if the problem persists. There is a chance that the air is first cooling down the ducts in the refrigerator and then afterwards the whole inner body. That can warm down the air a bit. If the problem persists, this can be a freon issue.
Due to the settling frozen ice/water dripping into the lower section, I did the fix for that by clearing the freezer drain line. Does the clicking sound mean anything? Could it be a relay switch that is faulty, not allowing the compressor to work?
Yes, that is probable provided the water is dripping in the lower section where the electronics and compressor are housed. If its the relay switch, you should also notice the compressor starting and stopping. This can be easily judged by the sound it makes when starting. A faint hum is produced by it.
