Most routers have a reset button and it's usually located at the back. This is usually a small button so that you can't accidentally reset your router, so you need to look for it- it's usually labelled as "reset". Once you locate it, press this button for about 30 seconds while the router is powered ON. All the lights on the router should go on, off or start blinking. Once that happens, you have reset your router to factory settings. The password should now be the default factory setting. This differs from one manufacturer to the other so consult your owner's manual.
Check for a reset button on the back of the router. this should reset everything and you can go through the setup process again. default username upon resetting should be admin and password is probably blank. If you have any more problems respond back and ill see what i can do.
