Hello, I have a problem with RICOH Aficio 2015. After I power up the machine, I get a READY message, but the problem is that it doesn't load toner in drum. I opened up the drum and cleaned it, but I still have the same issue. Any assistance, please ? Thanks in advance!
Look check that motor bottle is rolling and toner home place is sending toner to drum
Hi, before I cleaned the drum, the motor bottle was running just fine (as he thought he didn`t had any toner in, he tried to load toner in drum). So I dont think there is any problem there, and also I think that I got an error message if the motor was dead, instead I get ready message, like everything is OK.
beware that if bottle didn't belong to machine she didn't rolling correctly all the way look to bottle home position and clean home toner and talk to me
Hi plagio000, sorry for answering this late as I had some other problems to solve. The bottle is genuine so I dont think is a problem with it, tho when I try to make a copy, the motor doesnt roll the bottle all the way, it rolls just 1 centimeter then it stops, also after a while i`m getting SC:390 error again. In my opinion there is a problem with the motor, but I want to be sure is only this and not some other hardware.
Thanks in advance!

What di you mean about "doesnt load toner"???
How can you be so shore???
I whant to help you but i dont understand what realy is your problem.
Try to give more info
Hi Santos and thank you for your interest,
The problem with the copier started after I got an error meesage on the display, that there is no toner loaded.
I disassembled the drum unit and cleaned it (there was no toner left in the drum after this process).
After I assembled the drum unit back and tried to print, I got no errors messages on the display (only ready message).
I reassembled the whole copier back togheter and tried to copy a page, but the copier printed a blank page. I want to mention that the toner cartridge is half full.
After I downloaded the service manual and learned how to enter SP mode (yellow button, 1 0 7, hold the cancel buton 5 sec), I tried to do some tests:
1. Devlpr Initialize => SC:392 error meesage: TD sensor initial setting error
- TD sensor initial setting is not performed correctly.
- ID sensor defective
- No developer
- Drum does not turn
- Development roller does not turn
- Poor connection of the PCU
- The voltage is not applied to charge
2. Force DevlprChurn => SC:390 error message: TD sensor error
- The TD sensor outputs less than 0.2 V or more than 4.0 V 10 time consecutively during copying.
- TD sensor abnormal
- Poor connection of the PCU
In my opinion there is a problem with the drum unit sensor (TD sensor) that detects if there is any toner in it.
I reached this conclusion because of the above errors and when the drum unit had toner I got the "no toner" error message, also after I cleaned the drum unit the copier acted like he had toner in the drum unit.
I just need another opinion on this problem.
Thanks alot for your time invested in this matter, hopefully I can repay your kindness someday.
PS: Sorry for my poor english.
Cheers!
To bad all my page setup is lost, I hope you understand what I meanabove.
Cheers!

One more thing, when I enter the menu and try to Force Develprchurn I get an error message: 802.011 Force Develprchurn error!
