the touch screen doesn't have any info displayed, assuming the control board is dead. I checked the control board and on the top left corner there's a flat aluminum bar approx 1"x3" and its very hot when washer is plugged into the wall outletthe touch screen doesn't have any info displayed, assuming the control board is dead. Hi Mark, That could be a heat sink for one of the power o/p drivers and might well be hot but there's hot and hot!
