You first have to pry the cap off the wheel with a screwdriver then under the cap there should be either a pin which you pry off or a nut which you loosen.

Actually, after you remove the cap, you will find a retainer with multiple flanges that holds the entire wheel assembly on the axle. I used a screwdriver to make enough space to get a small wheel puller under it and it slid right off. Then I slid the wheel assembly off and replaced the wheel. The whole process took about ten minutes.

Help!! Broken wheel on my VR2522 Honda Pressure washer.

Home Depot supply generic wheels for outdoor power equipment, or you can get stroller wheels off Amazon. you just need a pair roughly the same diameter with a correct size spindle diameter.

Installing a starter rope

Remove the 3 or so screws that secure the pull rope housing to the top of the motor. Flip it upside down and it should be pretty obvious as to how to remove the spine loaded piece that the rope goes on. Thread the new rope thru the housing and wind it up on the spindle. Make sure before you put it on that the rope pulls out and retracts like it should.

How to get detergent to feed into Greenworks 1700 psi washer

In addition to the comment above regarding the need to use a low pressure (soap) tip, there's a chance the tanks or the hoses from the tanks to the valve and/or from the valve to the pump is plugged with dried detergent. The easiest way to clean out the hoses, unless you can see the plug with the detergent bottle removed, is to remove the top cover and pull all the hoses and flush them out. Removing the cover is not too bad. There are several recessed screws underneath, including a couple above the wheels that requires removing the wheels and axle.

How to repair non-functioning detergent bottle

Are you really sure it's not working? Most of these only dispense detergent when the lowest pressure spray head is attached. If that's not the problem then the next most likely thing to check for is a blockage in the tubing that connects your detergent bottle to the main unit. If this was not fully rinsed out after the last time it was used, any residual detergent remaining in the line will often solidify which results in blocking the line. Good luck

How to replace wheels on Excell VR2522 pressure washer

Anon, The wheel is probably held on by a push nut/cap. The easy way to remove is to cut through the cap retainer with a dremel tool part way and pry off with screw driver, these caps are not normally reusable after removal, check hardware store for replacement.
Check the attached links, instruction and guides, Good luck

Pressure washer tires

Your car should have a Jack located in the trunk (search for it, it may be hidden on the sides or with the spare). The Jack will have with it instructions on to specifically remove your vehicle's wheel. It will also have with it the necessary equipment (usually just something to remove the lug nuts). Jack up the car (place jack correctly), remove hub cap or wheel cover as necessary, then remove lug nuts to remove the tire. Pressure wash as desired, then place back on the car. Lower the car, but don't tighten the lug nuts fully until the car is back on the ground. Repeat for each tire.

Hi, could you please let me know how do i remove the wheel,,,ie i have a flat tire and i want to repair/ replace it...Thank you so much for your reply in advance. Keith.

Sir, there shoud be a just a nut to remove. Unless it has a soldered cap on the end? If so ... you have to be a little handy. You can use any type of small piping which will replace the old rod and just cut to size needed. You can drill a hole through and cotter pin to keep wheel on. (That's what I do... )
