I had the same problem last year. I know this is not really the answer you are looking for, but I contacted the manufacturer and looked on various web sites. The Ab Lounge is not being made anymore and parts are not available unless you are lucky enough to find used parts somewhere like eBay. I ended up using a bungee cord to replace my broken band.
